Assessment:

An Assessment Meeting is scheduled with all families whose child has an IEP or 504 plan prior to scheduling admissions testing.  An assessment meeting may also be deemed necessary for a child with behavioral and/or medical challenges.  Our goal is to determine if PCCA is best suited to meet a prospective student’s academic, spiritual, social, emotional, and medical needs through the assessment meeting.  The outcome of the meeting will determine if a prospective student will continue through the Admissions Process or seek enrollment at another educational institution.  Parents pay a $25.00 fee prior to the assessment meeting as well as provide necessary documents for review by the Vice Principal prior to the assessment meeting.

Testing:

Placement testing is scheduled for all students applying for admission to PCCA. There is a $75.00 first child fee ($25.00 per sibling) due prior to testing.  The fee is non-refundable.

Admissions Committee:

After completion of all of the above, your application will be reviewed by our Admissions Committee. You will be notified in writing as to your child’s acceptance. If your child meets the admissions requirements but there are no spaces currently available in that grade, you will be given an opportunity to keep your application active in the waiting pool.
