Luis Dalmau

Luis Dalmau serves as the Dean of Students, Head of Security, and Educator at Pine Castle Christian Academy. With a multidisciplinary background in education, school safety, and correctional services, Mr. Dalmau is dedicated to fostering a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment for all students.

He brings over a decade of experience in leadership and student engagement, including prior roles with the Florida Department of Corrections and as a School Resource Security Sergeant. In his current capacity, he oversees student affairs, leads campus security initiatives, and delivers instruction with a focus on academic excellence and character development.

Mr. Dalmau holds certifications in teaching, mental health, and law enforcement instruction, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. His commitment to student success and campus safety is reflected in his proactive leadership and dedication to continuous improvement.
