With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, I am honored to serve as the Preschool Director at Pine Castle Christian Preschool. As a bilingual educator, I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, inclusive, and faith-centered environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I hold a Master in MHRM, along with preschool credentials that reflect my commitment to excellence in early learning. My background combines hands-on classroom teaching with leadership, allowing me to guide and support both students and staff with empathy, structure, and care. Each day, I balance administrative responsibilities with active involvement in the classroom, addressing behavior needs, supporting my team, and building meaningful relationships with our families. Being bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to connect deeply with the diverse families we serve and foster strong communication within our school community. I truly believe in leading by example, and I strive to serve with kindness, dedication, and a love for learning that I hope inspires everyone around me.
